Mae Dafydd Iwan wedi dod â llwyth o fananas i’r ardd i’r enwog Bryn Terfel. Mae Bryn Terfel yn hoff iawn o fananas. Diolch, Dafydd Iwan!

Ond mae problem.

Does neb wedi gwirio o flaen llaw a oes teithwyr ar y bananas.

Yn wir, mae teithwyr ar y bananas. Llawer o deithwyr. Teithwyr â wyth coes.

Cyn bo hir, mae’r ardd yn llawn o bryfed cop. Maen nhw ym mhobman. Mae Santes Dwynwen yn llewygu, ac mae Dewi Sant yn ymguddio yn ei sied.

Ond pam mae’r nefoedd wedi tywyllu? Beth sydd yn yr awyr?

Dyma gwmwl o wyfynod cawraidd. Mae’n debyg bod y gwyfynod cawraidd yn mwynhau bwyta pryfed cop.

– Am gyfleus, meddai Daf y gath.

Eight legs

Dafydd Iwan has brought a load of bananas to the garden for the famous Bryn Terfel. Bryn Terfel is very fond of bananas. Thank you, Dafydd Iwan!

But there is a problem.

Nobody has checked in advance whether there are travellers on the bananas.

There are indeed travellers on the bananas. Lots of travellers. Eight-legged travellers.

Before long, the garden is full of spiders. They are everywhere. Saint Dwynwen faints, and Saint David hides in his shed.

But why is the sky darkening? What’s in the air?

Here is a cloud of giant moths. Apparently the giant moths enjoy eating spiders.

– How convenient, said Daf the cat.
