Mae’e Esgob wedi sefydlu Eifion yr octopws fel nawddsant newydd Cymru yn lle Dewi Sant. Eifion Sant yw e bellach.
Yn lle gorsedd fawr, mae Eifion Sant yn eistedd mewn tun rhostio ysblennydd, sydd wedi ei haddurno â gemau, a’i llenwi â dŵr.
Mae’r Esgob wedi rhoi cyfarwyddiadau i bawb yn yr ardd dynnu sied Dewi Sant oddi wrth ei gilydd a thaflu ei bethau i ffwrdd. Mae e hyd yn oed wedi llogi sgip i’r pwrpas.
Ond mae Daf y gath yn rhy brysur i chwalu sied Dewi Sant. Mae hi’n creu anthem ysblennydd ar ei hoff beiriant drymiau i ddathlu sefydliad nawddsant newydd Cymru.

New patron saint
His Bishop has installed Eifion the octopus as the new patron saint of Wales instead of Saint David. He is now Saint Eifion.
Instead of a large throne, Saint Eifion sits in a splendid roasting tin, which is decorated with gems, and filled with water.
The Bishop has given instructions to everyone in the garden to take apart St David’s shed and throw his things away. He has even hired a skip for the purpose.
But Dave the cat is too busy to break down David Sant’s shed. She is creating a splendid anthem on her favourite drum machine to celebrate the installation of the new patron saint of Wales.
Meanwhile, Saint David is wandering in the desert.
