Armour
Dave was secretly pleased with her new toy. The rocket Jeff brought with her would be a big help in taking over the whole world. The next thing that needed doing was to create armour for the shopping trolley.
Dave looked around the garden. There was nothing suitable. She went to talk to Saint Dwynwen for help.
– Hello Dave, said Saint Dwynwen. – Do you want something or other to help you fall in love?
– No, said Daf. – I want to make a tank.
– Out of what? asked Saint Dwynwen, startled.
– The shopping trolley over there. I’ve already got a rocket. Just wants armour.
– Well, I don’t think my love custard will be a lot of help, said the saint sadly. What about just using your own van?
– The shopping trolley will be quicker, said Dave very seriously.
– You could steal a panel off Saint David’s shed, of course.
– What a good idea, said Dave. – Thanks very much.
