Plymio – rhan 3

Aeth y drewdod a oedd yn dod o sied Dewi Sant o ddrwg i waeth. Roedd y madarch yn cysgodi o dan y ddaear, tra oedd Santes Dwynwen yn rhedeg o gwmpas yr ardd mewn arswyd. Erbyn hyn, roedd hyd yn oed ei chwstard wedi dechrau blasu o’r pydredd.

– O na, meddai Dewi Sant, yn agor llythyr arall. – Ma’r esgob yn dod nôl.
– Well i ni glirio’r peips ‘te, meddai Daf y gath sinsir, heb ddiddordeb.
– Beth am i ni gynnal cwis heno? gofynnodd Jeff y gath galico.
– Be?
– Byddai’n treulio’r amser, o leia.
– Canolbwyntia, Jeff.
– Sori, meddai Jeff, a bant â hi i chwilio am fwyd.
– Gallwn ni jyst dychmygu bod y peips yn glir, meddai Daf. – Wedi’r cyfan, nâth hwnna weithio’r tro diwetha.
– Syniad da. Modd hawdd i ddatrys y problem, cytunodd Dewi Sant.
– Rhatach nag unrhyw plymwr, ‘fyd.

Fflysiodd Dewi Sant y toiled, a darganfod bod y peips nawr yn glir. Neu’n gliriach, beth bynnag.

Cudiodd Franz Kafka selsigen arall tu ôl i’r sied.

Plumbing – part 3

The stench that was coming from Saint David’s shed went from bad to worse. The mushrooms were sheltering underground, while Saint Dwynwen was running around the garden in horror. By now, even her custard had started to taste of the putrescence.

– O no, said Saint David, opening another letter. – The bishop’s coming back.
– We better clear the pipes then, said Dave the ginger cat, without interest.
– Why don’t we have a quiz tonight? asked Jeff the calico cat.
– What?
– It would pass the time, at least.
– Concentrate, Jeff.
– Sorry, said Jeff, and off she went to search for food.
– We could just pretend that the pipes were clear, said Dave. – After all, that worked last time.
– Good idea. Easy way to solve the problem, agreed Saint David.
– Cheaper than any plumber, too.

Saint David flushed the toilet, and discovered that the pipes were now clear. Or clearer, at least.

Franz Kafka hid another sausage behind the shed.
